Au printemps 2021, nous fêtons les deux ans d’existence de l’association et la première année de la plateforme en ligne Qalqalah قلقلة. Une nouvelle forme, propice aux fugues et aux battements de cœurs et éclairée par ses anciennes complices, dont Rasha Salti, ou encore Karima El Kharraze et Hélène Harder avec leur projet transmedia Casamantes. Un nouvel épisode de la vie de Qalqalah, traversé par des temporalités et des mémoires fragmentées sous les doigts de Serena Lee. Un déroulement des multiples ramifications de Rester. Étranger avec Barbara Manzetti, en introduction au Carnet de recherche du même nom. Une invitation à démasquer la langue, ce virus, par Myriam Suchet, entre autres.
À cette occasion, nous remercions chaleureusement celles et ceux qui nous ont soutenu·e·s, lu·e·s, qui ont contribué à notre site et à nos activités ou qui ont participé à nos événements. Plus que jamais, nous avons besoin d’espaces où se retrouver, réfléchir et prendre soin les un·e·s des autres, « au risque des autres » (Isabelle Stengers). Qu’il s’agisse de notre site Internet, de nos ateliers ou de nos expositions, nous espérons que Qalqalah قلقلة puisse contribuer à maintenir de tels espaces. |

نحتفل، في ربيع 2021، بمرور سنتين على تأسيس الجمعية وسنة على إنشاء منصة قلقلة Qalqalah الإلكترونية. شكلٌ جديدٌ، ملائم بالنزوات ونبضات القلب، و مُضاء بحليفاته السابقات، من بينهن: رشا سلطي، و أيضا كريمة الخرّاز وهيلين هاردير، عبر مشروعهن متعدد الوسائط كاسامانت. ثم مرحلة جديدة من حياة قلقلة، تتخللها زمنيات مؤقتة وذكريات متناثرة ، بقلم سيرينا لي. و تتكشف العواقب المتعددة لمشروع البقاء.غرباء مع مقدمة باربارا منزيتّي، في دفتر الأبحاث الذي يحمل الإسم نفسه. و أخيراً، دعوة من ميريام سوشيه لكشف قناع اللغة، هذا الفيروس.
في هذه المناسبة، نشكر أولئك الذين و اللواتي دعمونا/ دعمننا و قرأوا/ قرأن المساهمات، و شاركوا/ شاركن في منصتنا أو فعالياتنا. الآن أكثر من أي وقت مضى، نحتاج إلى مساحات للقاء و التفكير، و الاهتمام ببعضنا، رغم التعرض لخطر الآخر (ايزابيل ستينغيرز). سواء كان ذلك من خلال موقعنا أو ورش العمل الخاصة بنا أو معارضنا، فإننا نأمل أن تساعد قلقلة Qalqalah في الحفاظ على هذه المساحات. |

In the spring of 2021, we are celebrating the two years of existence of the association and the first year of the online platform Qalqalah قلقلة. A new form, conducive to fugues and heartbeats and enlightened by his former accomplices, including Rasha Salti, or Karima El Kharraze and Hélène Harder with their transmedia project Casamantes. A new episode in the life of Qalqalah crossed by temporalities and fragmented memories under the fingers of Serena Lee. An unfolding of the multiple ramifications of Rester. Étranger, by Barbara Manzetti and Virginie Bobin in introduction to the Carnet de recherche of the same name. An invitation to unmask the language, this virus by Myriam Suchet, among others.
On this occasion, we warmly thank all those who supported us, read us, who contributed to our site and our activities or who took part in our events. More than ever, we need spaces in which to meet, reflect and take care of each other, «at the risk of others» (I. Stengers). Whether it is our website, our workshops or our exhibitions, we hope that Qalqalah قلقلة can help maintain such spaces. |

Dans un climat d’hostilité grandissante envers les discours et les positions décoloniales, féministes et intersectionnelles, nous nous demanderons comment revendiquer à nouveau des vocabulaires détournés par les voix néo-libérales et néo-conservatrices ; comment mettre en oeuvre des alternatives radicales ; et comment pratiquer des solidarités situées. La discussion aura lieu en ligne et en anglais. Elle sera modéré par Edwin Nasr (auteur et chercheur indépendant). |

Amid rising hostility towards decolonial, feminist and intersectional discourses and positions, we will ask how to reclaim vocabularies that have been diverted by neo-liberal and neo-conservative voices; how to enact radical alternatives; and how to practice situated solidarities. This online event will take place in English and will be moderated by Edwin Nasr (writer and independent researcher). |

En novembre dernier, Qalqalah قلقلة a invité Mounira Al Solh pour composer un workshop polyglotte, démembré et désirant avec les participant·e·s du master Exerce du Centre Chorégraphique National, Montpellier Occitanie.
Suite au workshop, Qalqalah قلقلة convie d’une part Mounira Al Solh à publier une conversation qui reprendra son intervention au CCN ; d’autre part, les artistes-étudiant·e·s à partager leur recherches et performances, fruit du travail pendant le workshop, sous forme de Carnets de recherche. |
Last November, Qalqalah قلقلة invited Mounira Al Solh to compose a multilingual, dismembered and full of desire workshop with the participants of Exerce: the master’s program of the National Choreographic Center in Montpellier Occitanie.
Following the workshop, Qalqalah قلقلة invites on the one hand Mounira Al Solh to publish a conversation which will summarize her intervention at CCN; on the other hand, the artist-students will share their research and performances, all fruits of their work during the workshop, in the form of Research Notebooks. |

L’équipe de Qalqalah قلقلة travaille collectivement, accompagnée de l’anthropologue et poète Mihena Maamouri, à la traduction de ce texte écrit par Ashkan Sepahvand pour son projet Odarodle au Schwules museum de Berlin. Invité dans le cadre d’un appel à projet intitulé « Another View : Postcolonial Perspectives in the Schwules museum », il s’interroge sur les enjeux idéologiques et politiques de cette invitation et de son rôle en tant qu’autre, ou comme il se présente : « une personne racisée, issue de l’immigration, naviguant entre diverses communautés et intersections de race, classe et genre ». |
The Qalqalah قلقلة team is working collectively, accompanied by anthropologist and poet Mihena Maamouri, on the translation of this text written by Ashkan Sepahvand for his Odarodle project at the Schwules museum in Berlin. Invited within the framework of a call for projects entitled “Another View: Postcolonial Perspectives in the Schwules museum”, he questions the ideological and political stakes of this invitation and his role as “other”, or as he introduces himself: “a racialized person with an immigrant background, navigating between diverse communities and intersections of race, class and gender”. |
يعمل فريق قلقلة Qalqalah بشكلٍ جماعي و برفقة الأنثروبولوجي و الشاعر ميرنا المعموري على ترجمة هذا النص الذي كتبه اشكان سيبافاند لمشروعه «اودارودل» في متحف شوولس في برلين. وكان اشكان قد دُعي في إطار دعوة للمشاريع بعنوان «نظرة آخرى: منظورات مابعد استعمارية في متحف شوولس»، فتسائل عن الإشكاليات الإيديولوجية و السياسية لهذه الدعوة، كما تسائل عن دوره كـ«آخر»، أو كما يُقدم نفسه «شخصٌ ينتمي لأقلية إثنية، من خلفية مهاجرة، يتنقل بين مختلف المجتمعات و تقاطعات العرق و الطبقة و الهوية الجنسية». |

يعمل فريق قلقلة Qalqalah بشكلٍ جماعي و برفقة الأنثروبولوجي و الشاعر ميرنا المعموري على ترجمة هذا النص الذي كتبه اشكان سيبافاند لمشروعه «اودارودل» في متحف شوولس في برلين. وكان اشكان قد دُعي في إطار دعوة للمشاريع بعنوان «نظرة آخرى: منظورات مابعد استعمارية في متحف شوولس»، فتسائل عن الإشكاليات الإيديولوجية و السياسية لهذه الدعوة، كما تسائل عن دوره كـ«آخر»، أو كما يُقدم نفسه «شخصٌ ينتمي لأقلية إثنية، من خلفية مهاجرة، يتنقل بين مختلف المجتمعات و تقاطعات العرق و الطبقة و الهوية الجنسية». |

The Qalqalah قلقلة team is working collectively, accompanied by anthropologist and poet Mihena Maamouri, on the translation of this text written by Ashkan Sepahvand for his Odarodle project at the Schwules museum in Berlin. Invited within the framework of a call for projects entitled “Another View: Postcolonial Perspectives in the Schwules museum”, he questions the ideological and political stakes of this invitation and his role as “other”, or as he introduces himself: “a racialized person with an immigrant background, navigating between diverse communities and intersections of race, class and gender”. |
